Founded in 2022, ICONS is a registered YORP-Local Youth Development Council in Municipal of Balagtas, Bulacan. It is one of the active youth political organization in Balagtas, built on leadership, advocacy, shared goals, and genuine service - organizing campaigns, programs, partnerships for the school and the community.
