ICONS is a coalition of student leaders from ICI Balagtas, organized for responsible leadership, advocacy, and genuine service. We run campaigns, programs, and partnerships in and out of school — always transparent, always welcoming, always one for service.

From a handful of student leaders to a coalition for service.
ICONS started with a simple conviction: that students are capable of leading now — organizing, advocating, and serving without waiting for permission. What began as a small group at ICI Balagtas grew, generation by generation, into a coalition of guilds and committees.
Now on our fifth generation, we bring together the org, the partylist, and the PRSA guild under one banner — one for service — partnering with councils and community organizations far beyond the campus gates.
Kenneth Sta. Ana
Leads the organization and sets its direction alongside the executive board.
Mary Ann Dilao
Manages the inner workings of the organization. Focuses on member relations, conflicts, and ensuring committees collaborate effectively.
Charles Gabriel Roxas
The primary bridge to the outside world. Handles partnerships, linkages, and representing the organization to external stakeholders and community partners.
Rheane Emee Ibabao
Responsible for meeting minutes, official documentation, tracking attendance, and managing internal communications.
Glen Airish Villaflores
The financial custodian. Manages the budget, tracks all income and expenses, and ensures transparent financial reporting.
Jhoryl Clark Garcia
Independently checks the treasurer’s records, validates expenses, and ensures accountability and transparency in all financial matters.
Patricia Flores
Leads the organization’s core social or political initiatives. Designs and executes campaigns that champion the group’s core advocacies and causes.
Rhenz Duyag
Manages the organization's public image and community engagement. Handles community issues, press statements, and public outreach.
Syra Jane Barandino
Oversees official corporate communication. Ensures smooth information flow between the organization and its mother institution or administration.
Yancy Coyoca
Focuses on human resources. Handles recruitment, conducts member orientations, and plans team-building activities to maintain member engagement.
Archella San Juan
The muscle behind events. Manages venues, equipment procurement, physical setups, and technical requirements for all activities.
Randolf Cornelio
The visual voice of the organization. Handles graphic design, photography, video production, and social media management to publicize events and campaigns.
Alexander Baldelovar
Supports the Treasurer by organizing initiatives (merchandise, donation drives, events) to generate funds and secure sponsorships for the organization.
Cathleen Soriano
The brain behind the initiatives. Conducts groundwork research, evaluates community needs, and drafts formal project proposals for upcoming events.

ICONS is a registered youth organization under the Local Youth Development Council (LYDC) of Balagtas, Bulacan, and works in partnership with the National Youth Commission and YORP to carry youth programs and service beyond the campus.
